Waste to Energy

This technology, covered by an EPC wrap, can process 14.8 tons of waste plastic per day or 24 tons of tires per day. The plastic needs to be shredded to 30mm or less, with a maximum PVC content of 3% and moisture content >10%.

The waste to oil technology can be scaled up to a larger system that can process 180TPD of Municipal Solid Waste, plastics, wood chips and waste sludge.

While processing plastic, the container technology has an approximate output of 60% oil, 25% gas (which can be used to drive the gas turbine), and 15% inert residue. The oil produced from the plastics can be used to operate the generator or sold for blending.

A smaller size unit is available, which will process 2.4 tons of plastic per day. This process is conducted at a lower temperature, therefore taking longer to process the plastic material. However, the amount of oil will be up to 90% of the input plastic, gas 5% and solid residue 5%.

If processing tires, the approximate output is between 28 to 45% oil, 21 to 28% gas and inert residue 23 to 45%.
